Praline, hubby refuses to peel crabs. Sometimes I take pity on him and offer him a bite if I twist the leg off just right and get a big piece of lump white. Usually when we go out I pick the bodies and save the legs to bring home and marinate in Italian dressing. Mmmm. Can't wait for the season to get rolling.

Last nite on the History channel they were in Castroville, Ca home of artichoke. It was amazing, I toured there and had my first really fresh one. Steamed ith lemon buttah. They were dirt cheap. When I buy them here, they never look very fresh.
